During the breach, 2 Velmora Watchers will emerge within the Rift. Baluan, Velmora's Kin is a boss comparable to an Epic Boss and will appear 5 minutes before the Rift closes.

Hardin's Soul Crystal effects on A-Grade weapons now also match those on D-Grade, C-Grade and B-Grade weapons.
