A new event begins! NPC Tiu can be found in Fairy Settlement. She is asking for your help to exterminate the Moles that have been bla bla bla. 

• You can enter the event instance once a day
• Moles usually hide under ground, but they are very aggressive, so if you come near, they will come out of hiding and attack you!
• Event instance ends in 1 Hour, or when all Moles are exterminated

Skill Updates

 [Soultaker, Archmage, Storm Screamerl] Heavy Sleep Skill Cooldown has been increased from 20 sec. to 33 sec. (With cooldown reduction: from 7.5 sec. to 13 sec.). Duration of debuff has been decreased from 4 sec. to 3 sec.


 [Titan] Titanic Break Skill cooldown has been increased from 3 sec. to 6 sec. in PVP, and remains untouched in PVE. Duration of the knockdown has been reduced from 3 sec. to 2 sec.  These changes have been applied due to increased land-rate from Aden's Trancendent Soul Crystal - Weapon. 

[N/A] Knockdown During any other debuff of similar kind (Freeze, Paralyze, Sleep, Cage) while character is unable to perform any actions. During such debuff the character receives -30% received damage, as we believe the character is already at a massive disadvantage unable to do anything, so he shouldn't be also receiving full damage. Such thing has also been applied to knockdown. While character is unable to perform any actions, (during knockdown) he receives -30% received damage.
