Class Changes
Hello EIGIS adventurers!
We can finally present you with our Class Balance Update #1!
Just a few things before the juicy bits:
Firstly, please note, that updates like theese take an immense amount of work and time so there is bound to be some balancing issues, maybe someone will do too much damage or someone will do too little. We will keep monitoring the state of the game and adjust classes that need adjusting.
Secondly, more than 100 skill descriptions have been updated and fixed, so if you find any text errors please refer them to Warden on discord, thank you.
Thirdly, we are reducing EXP penalities for rerolling, now after reroll your exp will reduce by 10% instead of 20% and 5% instead of 10% for support classes! Also we are reducing Reroll Ticket price in L2Store by 50%. Both of theese changes will last a week, until next Sunday.
Lastly, we are opening a test server for everyone to enter. you will find the download link in our discord announcement.
You can login to the test server by using your own account name and password, Test Shop can be found in Rune Township.
The characters from LIVE server to TEST server will be migrated once a week so you can test your desired classes before making your decision on LIVE server.

Slighty increased PvP Damage
Blade Wave Cooldown in PVE has been reduced:

Ultimate Rising Attack When enchanted to +1:

Increased PvP Damage
Amazing Thunder Storm Mastery Can now be enchanted. Upon enchanting Amazing Thunder Storn deals an additional attack:
+1: with 20% power / +2: with 35% power / +3: with 60% power
Amazing Spike Thrust Mastery Can now be enchanted. Upon enchanting Amazing Spike Thrust deals an additional attack:
+1: with 20% power / +2: with 35% power / +3: with 60% power
Spear Cage Debuff effect has been changed:
Hold → Paralyze
Spear Rumble Debuff type: Shock has been removed
This will increase land rate
Unleashed Power
Level requirement to learn the skill has been changed: Lv. 2: 88 → 82 / Lv. 3: 91 → 84
Titan
Titan Champion Reduced the following effects:
Knockdown atk. rate: +40% → +25% / Fear atk. rate: +40% → +25%
Titanic Weapon Added the following effects: Knockdown atk. rate: +15% / Fear atk. rate: +15%
Chance to proc. Titanic Sweep additional hits have been increased: Lv. 2: 15% → 20%
Titanic Break Skill cooldown is now fixed and adjusted:
PvP: +0: 10 sec. / +1: 9 sec. / +2: 8 sec. / +3: 7 sec.
PvE: +0: 9 sec. / +1: 7.5 sec. / +2: 6 sec. / +3: 4.5 sec.
Titanic Sweep Cooldown has been adjusted:
3.5 sec. (fixed) → 3 sec. (fixed)
Demolition Formula When enchanted to +1:
deals an additional attack with 50% power
Vanguard Rider
Increased PvE Damage
Instigator Skill enchant effect has been updated: Upon enchanting Amazing Piercing and Threatening Swing deals an additional attack:
+1: with 20% power / +2: with 35% power / +3: with 70% power
Maestro
Increased PvP Damage
Slighty increased PvE Damage
Dynamic Recovery Has been added: Recovers 30% HP to the character
Level requirements: Lv. 1: 76 / Lv. 2: 78
Mechanical Masterpiece The additional blow can now deal critical damage
Added cooldown to the additional blow in PVE: 0.5 sec.
Fortune Seeker
Increased PvP Damage
Increased PvE Damage
Dynamic Recovery Has been added: Recovers 30% HP to the character
Level requirements: Lv. 1: 76 / Lv. 2: 78
Rolling Dice Reduced the following effect:
P. Atk. +60% → +45%
Fortune Time New effects has been added: P. Atk. +15%
When the buff is active: Crushing Leap deals an additional hit with 35% power
Doombringer
Light Master New effect has been added:
With certain chance, deals an additional attack
Soul Mark Has been adjusted: Decreases M. Skill Power → Decreases All Skill Power
Now reduces the skills cooldown when enchanting: +1: 35 sec. / +2: 30 sec. / +3: 25 sec.
Decreased debuff duration: 20 sec. → 10 sec.
Soulhound
Increased PvE Damage
Light Master New effect has been added:
With certain chance, deals an additional attack
Lightning Mastery Changed the skill enchant effects: P. Def. +300/600/900 → Received Damage -3%/-6%/-10%
Max HP +300/600/900 → Max HP +1000/2000/3000
Resonance Changed the skill enchant effect:
Max MP/HP +600/1200/1800 → Debuff Duration -15%/-30%/-50%
Sword Muse
Slightly increased PvP Damage
Sword Symphony Can now be enchanted. Upon enchanting Frantic Pace deals an additional attack:

Spectral Dancer

Cooldown was put in between each shield proc.: 3 seconds

when the skill is enchanted to +3: increases Phoenix Help proc. rate to 50%
Power of Life Level requirement has been changed:

Hell Knight
Increased PvE Damage
Knight's Power Has been replaced with Strength of Templar
The skill is enchantable
Help of Hatred Has been adjusted and can now be enchanted: P. Atk. +700 → P. Atk. +3% / P. Def. +100 / PVE Damage +4%
when the skill is enchanted to +3: increases Help of Hatred proc. rate to 50%
Toughness Level requirement has been changed:

Legendary Archer Has been adjusted: Removed the third hit from Legendary Lethal Shot
Now deals one additional hit with a certain chance (With enchanted Battle Senses passive the amount of attacks will remain the same)
Moonlight Sentinel

Elven Senses Skill enchant effect has been updated: Upon enchanting Lethal Shot deals an additional attack:
