Enchant Limit

The following items enchant limit has been increased

Dragon Belt can now be enchanted to +8 (Can be made blessed in Special Craft)

 Epic Jewells can now be enchanted to +3 

Other Changes

1. Tower of Insolence special hunting zone floors 4 / 5 / 6 have been enabled
2. Added TOI 4 / 5 /6 floors to training zone
3. Enabled Frost Lord Special Hunting Zone
4. Fixed mission levels
